Our inmotion products

You're trying to connect to the Inmotion application with your Inmotion France login and it's not working? This is normal, they are two separate accounts. The website is managed by the French company New Walkings, while the Inmotion application is managed by the Chinese manufacturer Inmotion Global.

To use your scooter at its full power, you need to install the Inmotion application (available on iOS and Android) in order to connect to your scooter. Once this is done, you can then unlock the other modes of the scooter:

- ECO Mode: Up to 16km/h

- STANDARD mode: Up to 22km/h

- SPORTS mode: Up to 30km/h

The S1 electric scooter has a rear motor while the L9 has a front motor. The rear motors give you a more comfortable ride.

We do not provide any new set of keys. You will have to change the accelerator directly. This one is sold on our website for 29,90€.

These correspond to the sensitivity you wish to give to your driving. The "speeding" mode corresponds to the sensitivity of the pedal to speed, and the "braking" mode to the sensitivity of the pedal to braking. You can adjust them as you wish.

Only the original pedals are available for the V5/F. 

No, the honeycomb pedals are only compatible with the V11, V12, V12 High Torque.

We specify a maximum weight because the higher the load, the more the product's functionality will be weakened, such as autonomy or speed. We therefore recommend a maximum weight so that all the characteristics of our products are as realistic as possible.

After having sent us all the necessary elements to open the file (invoice and serial number), we have transferred all the elements to our technicians. One of them will contact you directly. There is no need to contact us again before 72 hours. When you are in contact with our technician, please follow up directly with him. In order to avoid overloading them and thus making the files take longer, it is preferable not to contact them again before the 15-day deadline previously given.

Our workshop is not open to the public. Furthermore, our technicians process files in order of arrival and feasibility, so it is not possible to wait on site for your product to be repaired. The repair time given as an indication is 15 days, and is subject to change.
