As you can see, we offer once or twice a year the possibility of purchasing a product on pre-order. We will detail in this article what is “hidden” behind this term, and what is the complete process of a pre-order!

The initial announcement

When we announce a new product, and therefore open pre-orders, we display an estimated date, based on factory estimates. For example, if the factory announces availability for June, we will announce July, because we take a margin of safety. This is why there may be a lag between the official factory announcements and those made on our site and our social networks.

The updates

If production were to be delayed, and therefore the dates to be postponed, we communicate on a dedicated page (see here, information on pre-orders). To be more precise, we only announce reliable and verified information. Indeed, it is possible that some sites, based on more (or less) official communications, display partially erroneous or incomplete information.

If you have placed a pre-order, we therefore invite you to consult this page regularly, as well as to follow us on our various social networks. In the event of a major update, it will also be announced on these various media.


Once production is complete, the factory will therefore ship the products. This therefore means that the products will be available between 6 and 8 weeks from this date. The products being sent in a container, there are indeed about 4 to 6 weeks of maritime transport. An additional 1 to 2 weeks is required for this (port and customs formalities, then road transport to our logistics warehouse)

Your questions

The date is modified / shifted, can I claim a refund?
You can request a refund of your pre-order at any time. Depending on the method of payment used, processing fees will be charged. They are €50 in the event of credit card payment in one installment or by bank transfer, and €100 in the event of payment in several installments. This corresponds to the bank charges incurred.

The date changes constantly, can I have a counterpart?
Placing the pre-order implies taking into account that it may be delayed, which is why we offer a substantial discount when placing the pre-order to compensate for this.

Other people / stores have already received the product and not you, why?
Quite simply because we do not work with them, and the product does not come from our official network of resellers. It may be that these have only ordered a few pieces, and therefore have been delivered by air.

Is the delivery of the Inmotion V13 Challenger delayed?
The delivery of the V13 Challenger, initially scheduled for March 2023, has been postponed to April 2023 for logistical reasons. Indeed, due to port and customs constraints, we are no longer able to meet the deadlines. Our team is mobilized to guarantee the fastest delivery, and we will contact you individually when preparing the delivery.
