Article 1 / Organizing company

New Walkings SAS with a capital of 24,000 euros, registered in the Commercial Register of Lille under number 804 815 611 and whose registered office is located at 34 bis rue Emile Zola 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq, France, is organizing a contest without obligation to purchase.

Article 2 / Attendees

This game is open to any adult natural person, whatever their nationality and residing mainly in one of the following countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Spain, Vatican, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands , Portugal.

Persons who do not meet this condition, as well as corporate officers and staff members of the organizing company, of any company it controls, which controls it or under common control with it and of any person involved in the implementation of the game, the members of their families (ascendants and descendants) and more generally all the people involved directly or indirectly in the organization of this operation. Participation is limited to one person per household (same name, same address). In case of multiplication of participations, then all these will be considered null and void. The organizing company reserves the right to carry out any checks regarding the identity, address and status of the participants and to exclude from the game participants who do not meet the conditions set out in these rules.

Article 4 / Winning prizes

The final prize for the contest will be a Hiley Maxspeed X8 scooter worth €799 on November 25, 2022. This will be offered as a gift to the winner of the contest. This prize cannot be converted into a purchase voucher, nor upon delivery of their counter-value in cash, nor their exchange or replacement for any reason whatsoever, nor upon delivery to a third party. This prize will be sent within 15 working days to the address indicated by the winner. Shipping will be at the expense of the organizing company.
Other prizes will be offered daily by drawing lots. When these rules are established, 22 prizes will also be put into play, i.e. one per day from the 1st to the 22nd.
They may be physical (saddlebags, helmet, compressors, etc.): in this case they cannot be converted into a purchase voucher, nor upon delivery of their counter-value in money, nor upon their exchange or replacement for any cause whatsoever, nor to delivery to a third party. In the case of prizes in the form of vouchers, these may be subject to a minimum purchase. They may not be converted upon delivery of their counter value in money, nor their exchange or replacement for any reason whatsoever, nor upon delivery to a third party. They will be sent electronically within 3 working days to the email address indicated by the winner.
In case of batches in the form of discounts, these will be defined on a specific product. They may not be modified and applied to another product, converted to the delivery of their counter-value in money, nor to their exchange or replacement for any reason whatsoever, nor to delivery to a third party. In the context where you provide us with your personal data, these will not be communicated to third parties or partners. Your data will only be used within the New Walkings company. The data collected is intended for New Walkings and will be used for the management of the operation, then for communication operations.

Article 6 / Designation of the winner

The contest is open from December 1 to December 23, 11:59 p.m.

We will draw a winner from all the entries actually validated for the final prize no later than January 4th. The person will be contacted by email. Without a response within 72 hours, another person will then be drawn, the initial winner being deemed to have refused his prize. For daily prizes, the prize will be drawn the day after the game, from Monday to Friday. For the prizes put into play on Saturday and Sunday, these will be drawn on the following Monday.

Article 7 / License of use

Participants authorize the organizing company New Walkings to use their surname, first name and e-mail address free of charge for commercial and/or advertising purposes. The winner authorizes New Walkings to use their surname and first name free of charge, as well as possibly their photo only once in the context of the announcement of the winner on social networks and in the monthly newsletter. The organizing company will offer the winner to submit a photo to add to the winner's announcement. If the winner authorizes the sending, he also authorizes a single diffusion on social networks, always within the framework of the announcement of the winner.

Article 8 / Responsibilities

Each participant is assumed to have read the complete rules and principles of the competition. Participation in this game implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules. The organizing company can not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it was required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone the game or modify the conditions of participation and the terms of functioning.
